Dear Mr. Suresh Sharma,
This is to inform you that I will not be able to come for the ( OCI ) camp on November 21, 2010. There are few delegations coming to New York and we will be very busy for next three- four weeks. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I will let you know when we will be able to hold this camp later in last week of December 2010 or so.

There are following steps for submitting the OCI Application:
Step 1: Renunciation of Indian Citizenship / Indian Passport cancellation certificate
- You have
to get this certificate from the consulate before you can submit the oci
application
- In case of the lost passport, get an notarized affidavit mentioning that you have lost your Indian Passport.
- Attach this with the OCI Application and a School Certificate showing your Date of Birth and Parent Name.

Step 2: After getting cancelled Passport certificate or affidavit, Please fill in the OCI Application online
- Go to website indiacgny.org and click on Consulate Services.
- Browse at overseas citizenship of India OCI.
- Click on overseas citizenship of India Information. Click on the link at number 13.
- Look for online registration.
- Click on it to get the OCI Application Form
